Imran Ansari

Imran Ansari is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in hedge fund accounting and administration. Currently serving as Managing Director at Gen II Fund Services since July 2017, Imran leads daily accounting operations for multiple investment sponsors, oversees the preparation of financial statements, and maintains client relationships at an executive level. Previous roles include Vice President positions at both International Fund Services and Citi Hedge Fund Services, where responsibilities included oversight of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statement preparation, and regulatory compliance. Imran’s career also encompasses senior positions in hedge fund accounting, regulatory compliance, and auditing, with a strong foundation established at PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO Seidman, LLP. Imran holds a BS in Accounting from St. John's University.
