Norman Leben

Norman is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Gen II and has 25+ years of experience in private equity administration. He served as Managing Director/Co-President of BISYS Private Equity Fund Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The BISYS Group, Inc., an NYSE-listed company acquired by Citigroup in 2007. Additionally, Norman was a co-founder of DMLT, Inc., the developer of the leading private equity LP Reporting Portal acquired by eFront. Norman is a recognized authority in the field of private equity fund administration, accounting, and taxation.

Prior to BISYS, Norman co-founded DML, the global leader in private equity fund administration, and served as an auditor and tax manager at the international accounting firm, Laventhol & Horwath. Norman is on the Board of Trustees for JBFCS and the Dr. Robert C. and Tina Sohn Foundation. Norman is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. Norman holds a BBA in accounting from George Washington University.
