Rachel McCorduck

Rachel McCorduck is the Chief People Officer at Gen II Luxembourg Services S.a.r.l. Rachel has over 15 years HR related experience in both the recruitment and financial services industries. Her experience spans multiple geographies including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg.

Prior to Gen II, Rachel was at J P Morgan Luxembourg Bank for nine years in a variety of positions including HRBP for the Benelux Region and business management/strategy roles. Rachel holds a business degree from Massey University in New Zealand.
