Yeshi Pelmo

Yeshi Pelmo has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career in 2012 as a Graduate Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they conducted research and assisted a professor. From 2013 to 2018, Yeshi worked at Freedom House, with roles including HR Intern, HR Assistant, HR Representative, and Payroll Accountant. In these positions, Yeshi was responsible for benefits administration, employee onboarding, recruiting, and maintaining personnel records. Since 2018, Yeshi has been working at Gen II Fund Services as the Head of People Analytics, where they are involved in driving company growth through people analytics and developing visualizations based on various people-driven metrics.

Yeshi Pelmo obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Delhi University in 2006. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Development and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
