Staci Miller

Staci Miller is a seasoned professional in user experience and human factors design, currently serving as the Director of UX/HF at Gen UX Consulting since July 2023. In this role, Staci provides strategic leadership to foster sustainable startup growth while managing a 7-member team and developing tailored service offerings. Previous experiences include positions at Meta, where Staci worked as a Senior UX Researcher focusing on monetization, and at Medtronic as a Principal Human Factors Design Engineer, directing cross-functional projects for next-generation medical devices. Additional roles span consultancy and engineering at companies including Ximedica, Abbott AMO, and Samsung Electronics. Staci holds a Master’s Degree in Human Factors / Ergonomics from San Jose State University and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, alongside an Associate’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from FIDM.
