Anna Rutkowski

Anna Rutkowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anna began their career at Kumon Math and Reading Centers as a Math and Reading Tutor from January 2008 to January 2011. Anna then went on to work at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Provider Services and Relations (Electronic Business Interchange) from May 2012 to June 2015. Following that, they joined Great Expressions Dental Centers in a Human Resources role from 2015 to 2017. Anna Rutkowski then worked at North American Dental Group as an Integrations Manager from July 2017 to April 2021. Anna then moved to Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners as a Regional Recruiter from April 2021 to June 2022. Currently, Anna Rutkowski holds a position at Gen4 Dental Partners, where they started as a Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition from June 2022 to January 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Anna Rutkowski attended Michigan State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Science.
