Lance Parman

Lance Parman is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in creative strategy and branding. Since December 2021, Lance has served as the Creative Director for the marketing team at Gen4 Dental Partners, overseeing branding and marketing initiatives for over 100 dental practices across the United States. In addition to this role, Lance has been the Marketing Director at Smile One Services since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing communications for America's first multi-specialty dental practice. Prior to these positions, Lance was the President and Owner of Gazillion & One, Inc. from 2008 to December 2017, leading a full-service marketing communications firm, and held the role of President/Owner of YH, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Lance's career began at YH, Inc. in a vice presidential capacity from 1992 to 2003, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to strategic marketing and design. Educational achievements include a degree in Studio Art with a focus on Art, Graphic Design, and Art History from Indiana Wesleyan University.
