Kevin McQueen

Kevin McQueen has extensive experience in various roles focused on community support and financial advisory. At Genacross Lutheran Services, Kevin has served as a Services Support Facilitator and Qualified Mental Health Specialist since April 2012, providing skilled supervision for youth with significant behavioral and emotional challenges. As the owner of The Sojourner Truth Newspaper, Kevin identified and addressed the informational needs of the Black community in Toledo by creating a publication that highlights local excellence. Previously, Kevin worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Advisor, building a robust client base and guiding individuals in financial planning. Kevin also held the role of Managing Director at National Amusements, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing the opening of two theater complexes. Kevin holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Toledo, earned between 1997 and 2001.
