Later, they pursued their PhD in Cancer Biology, Genetics, and Ophthalmology at Stanford University School of Medicine from 2001 to 2005. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Biotechnology from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, between 2008 and 2011.
