Senior Acoustic Systems Engineer at Genasys

Aderito Beltran has extensive experience as a Senior Acoustic Engineer, with a focus on loudspeaker systems. Aderito started their career at Pioneer Speakers Inc as an Assistant Transducer Engineer, where they optimized speaker designs and conducted acoustical tests. Aderito then advanced to become a Transducer Engineer, leading the Home Audio Department and overseeing prototype development and production.

Beltran later joined KSC Industries Inc as an Acoustic Engineer, where they managed project development and production of loudspeaker systems. Aderito implemented passive and active techniques and designed loudspeaker drivers to meet project requirements. Aderito was promoted to Senior Acoustic Engineer at the same company, where they managed program schedules and acted as a liaison between the engineering team and product manufacturer.

Aderito then moved to Soundcast as a Senior Acoustic Project Engineer, responsible for managing the development and production of wireless/portable audio systems. Additionally, they performed acoustic and mechanical assessments and ensured milestone compliance.

Beltran then joined OSSIC as a Senior Acoustic Systems Engineer, overseeing the acoustic architecture from a product development standpoint. Aderito translated R&D algorithms into products and performed acoustic assessments.

Their most recent role is as a Senior Acoustic Systems Engineer at Genasys Inc, where they are the sole Acoustic Principal for public address/mass notification systems. Aderito conducts R&D-to-production activities for loudspeaker drivers and other acoustic-related devices. Aderito also strengthens acoustic elements in current and new systems and creates the necessary production infrastructure for in-house loudspeaker driver production.

Aderito Beltran completed their high school education at Kecoughtan High School from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Virginia Tech from 1995 to 2000.
