Allan Bullock's work experience includes roles at various companies spanning multiple industries.
Allan began their career at Nortel Networks as a Software Engineer in 2000 and then worked for ITV Digital as a Customer Services/Technical Support representative from 2001 to 2002. After that, they joined Mars as a Global Technical Support 3rd line Infrastructure Support Analyst from 2003 to 2004.
In 2005, Allan joined Formscape Software as an IT Support Analyst and Intranet Developer before transitioning to a role as an IT Analyst at PepsiCo later that year.
Allan then shifted their career to the technology sector, starting at BlackBerry in 2006 as a Field Test Engineer for Mobile Devices. Allan subsequently became a Lead Project Manager for Field Testing in 2009.
Allan briefly worked as a Project Manager at 2e2 in 2011 before returning to BlackBerry as a Carrier Partner Manager. Allan also held roles as a Sales Engineer for Public Sector clients and as a Senior Sales Engineer for the AtHoc division.
In 2019, Allan transitioned to BlackBerry AtHoc as the Principal Sales Engineer for EMEA before progressing to Manager, Global Sales Engineering and then Senior Manager, Global Sales Engineering.
Currently, Allan is employed as the Director of Sales Engineering at Genasys Inc., a position they have held since 2022.
Allan Bullock attended South Devon College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained their A Levels. Allan then went on to study at the University of Plymouth from 2001 to 2005, earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing Informatics with a classification of 2.1. In addition to their formal education, Allan also holds a certification in Prince2 Practitioner from APGM, although the specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
