Jason Nicol has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to sports and entertainment video platforms. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Success at Genasys Inc. Prior to that, they were the VP Product Marketing & Partnerships at Vaisac, Inc., where they played a key role in building a video platform company from the ground up. Jason also worked as the VP of Services at uCast, providing sales, operational, and delivery leadership to another sports and entertainment video platform. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Sales Engineer at NeuLion Inc., where they advised and translated digital sports and entertainment provider requirements. Jason also has experience as a Sr. Program Manager at DivX, LLC and Rovi, where they led cross-functional teams in strategic alignment and collaboration for digital video and OTT services. Jason began their career as a Product Manager at Viva! Vision, driving the strategic goals and planning of mobile applications. Additionally, Jason has experience as a COO/Co-Owner at Ray Farmer Investigations, where they were responsible for overall operations, finance, and business development. Jason also worked as a Product Manager consultant at Dandelife.com. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in product marketing, sales engineering, partnerships, program management, technical and content operations, customer support, and product management.

Jason Nicol holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, which they obtained from Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Jason has obtained several certifications, including the Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2013. Jason also holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Scrum Product Owner, both from the Scrum Alliance, although the dates of these certifications are unknown.
