This includes managing the lifecycle of products like the Genasys Emergency Management (GEM), National Emergency Warning System (NEWS), and LRAD® voice broadcast systems. They work to ensure these products meet market needs by integrating feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing features to optimize user experience and efficacy in public safety and critical business events.
