Boris Dligach

Boris Dligach is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in GIS programming and software development. Currently employed at GenCell Energy since May 2021, Boris previously worked as a GIS .Net C# Developer at the Survey of Israel from January 2016 to April 2021, focusing on desktop and web applications utilizing ASP.NET Core MVC, ArcGIS, Oracle, and SQL Server. Prior roles include software engineering at HP Software in 2015 and a GIS programmer position at the Tel Aviv Municipality from 2000 to 2014. Boris holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University (1984-1992) and has furthered education in SQL and programming at SQLabs and HackerU in 2016 and 2019, respectively.
