Julie Levitt is the EVP General Counsel at Gencom since December 2006. Previously, Julie worked as a Corporate Securities Attorney at Greenberg Traurig PA from May 1999 to September 2004. With a JD/MBA from the University of Florida and a BA in Business from The University of Texas at Austin, Julie represents business entities in securities practice, handling acquisitions of capital, private placements, IPOs, and compliance with reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Julie also deals with securities offerings under the Securities Act of 1933.
