Parag Sabnis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business management within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Zonal Business Head at Gencrest since September 2023, Parag leads a team of 48 individuals and focuses on recruiting high-performing sales personnel. Prior to this, Parag held the position of Head - Input Sales at agribazaar, where responsibilities included establishing the agri-input vertical and driving market growth strategies. Parag's career includes significant roles at Coromandel International Limited, Monsanto India Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Reliance Retail, Shriram Fertilizers & Chemicals, and Tropical Agrosystem India Pvt. Ltd., where achievements encompassed launching new products, increasing sales productivity, and enhancing market penetration. Parag holds an MBA in Marketing and has completed various professional training programs, including Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
