Marybeth Milionis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and eDiscovery. Currently serving as the Director of Litigation & eDiscovery at NortonLifeLock since April 2020, Milionis previously held the title of Director of Legal at Symantec, managing various high-stakes litigation matters across North and Latin America. Prior to this, Milionis was a Senior Corporate Counsel at Fenwick and West, where representation focused on complex commercial litigation and other intellectual property issues. Milionis began their legal career as a Litigation Attorney, managing diverse teams on intricate cases, and worked as a paralegal at Russo & Hale LLP. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Letters from the University of Oklahoma.
