Bekezela Ngwenya

Bekezela Ngwenya has over 15 years of experience in quality and regulatory affairs within the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Global Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Genea Biomedx since October 2019, Bekezela previously held the role of Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager at the same company. Prior to this, positions included Quality Assurance Manager at Mundipharma Australia from August 2016 to September 2019, and Quality Assurance Manager at HARTMANN GROUP from January 2015 to July 2016. Earlier career experience includes serving as Quality Assurance Team Leader and Quality Assurance Officer at Pharmaxis from July 2007 to December 2014. Bekezela holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Technology from UNSW (2011-2014) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Chemistry from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) (1998-2002).
