I connect the dots. Throughout my career, I’ve traveled the entire journey from customer to lab, serving roles in product management, marketing, customer care, manufacturing, quality, R&D, and corporate affairs. I thrive in developing and implementing strategies and processes to optimize business results across different functions. My current position at Genective provides me the perfect opportunity to connect the dots on a daily basis.
My time in China, Switzerland, Japan, the United States and Argentina made me a firm believer of the criticality of cross-cultural communication and leadership in any global business. My current position is all about all about managing geographically dispersed multi-cultural teams and stakeholders at Genective, French parent company Limagrain, German parent company KWS, and sister JV AgReliant.
