Mark Swerissen

Mark Swerissen is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in engineering and IT recruitment. Currently serving as Global Talent Acquisition at Genedata since September 2020, Mark has previously worked at Altran Switzerland, where responsibilities included engineering recruitment activities for the global industry team. With earlier roles at Westhouse Schweiz AG, Stamford Consultants, Comlux the Aviation Group, and Interdiscount AG, Mark has developed expertise in building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and improving recruitment processes. Mark holds a Bachelor of Tourism from the International School of Tourism Management, completed in 2009.
