Sean Powell

Sean Powell is a highly experienced scientific consultant currently working at Genedata since February 2020. Previously, Sean held positions as a bioinformatician at IMBA - Institute of Molecular Biotechnology in Vienna, Austria, from April 2018 to January 2020, and as a bioinformatics specialist at the Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies (HITS) from February 2016 to March 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a bioinformatics scientist at EMBL from February 2008 to October 2014. Sean earned a Master's degree in Informatics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 1998 and 2006.
