Jennifer Lu

Jennifer Lu is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in immunology and biotechnology. Currently serving as Principal Scientist/Project Lead at GenEdit since March 2024, Jennifer previously held the position of Principal Scientist in T cell Therapy at Stealth Mode Biotech from January 2023 to February 2024. At Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., from April 2018 to January 2023, Jennifer progressed through various roles, ultimately leading significant projects in T cell therapeutics and biomarker identification in collaboration with Genentech. Prior experiences include a Scientist role at Pfizer, a Postdoctoral Fellow at UCSF, and a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Irvine, contributing to advancements in CAR-T cell effectiveness, autoimmune tolerance, and T cell activation. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from UC Irvine and a B.A. in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
