Ashley Arthur is an experienced leader in the field of Market Access for genetic testing, currently serving as the VP, Head of Market Access at GeneDx since March 2022. In this role, Ashley is responsible for overseeing payer strategy and government affairs to expand access to genetic testing for patients with rare diseases. Previously, Ashley held the position of Director of Market Access at GeneDx, focusing on ending the diagnostic odyssey for families affected by rare diseases. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of US Payer Partnerships & Field Market Access at Illumina, where partnerships with various stakeholders were developed to enhance access to Next Generation Sequencing technology. Ashley holds a BS in Biological Sciences from Eastern Kentucky University where she graduated with high honors and has furthered education at the University of Louisville.
