Caitlin Daniel

Caitlin Daniel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles focused on People & Culture. Currently serving as the Director of People Business Partners at GeneDx and a member of TroopHR, Caitlin previously held the position of Director/Head of People & Culture at The Domain Companies, where responsibilities included fostering a diverse and innovative culture. Earlier roles encompassed Human Resources Manager and Specialist positions at Oxy and EPL Oil and Gas, respectively, and foundational experiences at White Oak Estates and University Methodist Preschool. Caitlin holds an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Louisiana State University, complemented by an additional degree from the University of Sussex.
