Chaylene Guinto

Chaylene Guinto currently serves as the Head of Operations Strategy and Analytics at GeneDx since December 2021. Previously, Chaylene held roles at Invitae from November 2016 to November 2021, including Business Intelligence Analytics and Accessioning and Lab Operations Team Lead. Chaylene's earlier experience includes positions as a Laboratory Assistant in the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Neurology at the University of California, San Francisco, and as an Office Assistant at the Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Down Syndrome Clinic. Chaylene also worked as a Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and completed an internship with the Make-A-Wish Foundation Hawaii. Chaylene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University.
