Philann White

Philann White is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Workplace Management and Experience at GeneDx since July 2019. In this role, Philann has also held positions including Equipment Coordinator, Covid Accessions Manager, Covid Accessions Supervisor, and Accessioner I & II, with responsibilities that encompass specimen triage for clinical testing, management of clinical information within the LIMS database, and collaboration across departments to ensure accuracy in testing. Prior to GeneDx, Philann worked as a Sales Representative at Planet Fitness, focusing on member experiences and customer service. Philann also served as a Resident Assistant at West Virginia University, mentoring freshmen and promoting independent growth, and completed a summer internship at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, gaining exposure to surgical medical staff and patient care. Philann earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Virginia University.
