Ryan Adams

Ryan Adams is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Lead M365 and Endpoint Engineer at GeneDx since November 2019, with additional roles as Identity and Endpoint Management Lead, Lead System Administrator, and Service Desk Technician, Level I. Prior to GeneDx, Ryan spent over six years at Apple as a Senior Technical Support Genius and Lead Sales Pro. Ryan's foundation in scientific research includes internships at the Pacific Whale Foundation, where empirical studies on marine mammal behavior were conducted, contributing to data analysis and the presentation of findings. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Hartwick College, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
