Stacey Gruenwald

Stacey Gruenwald is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in various organizational roles. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at GeneDx since August 2024, Stacey previously held the same title at SPINS from March 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included partnering with the Chief People Officer to develop talent management strategies and delivering learning solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Pampered Chef, where Stacey served as Field Training Manager responsible for training programs, and a significant tenure at CareerBuilder.com, progressing from HR Coordinator to Senior Manager of Learning & Development. Stacey holds a B.S. degree in Human Resources from Illinois State University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
