Eric Blair

Eric Blair is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Founding Global Chief Business Officer and Singapore Country Executive for GeneFab since January 2024, Eric leads commercial operations across four departments while managing the Singapore operations. Prior to this role, Eric served as the Founding Chief Business Officer and Advisor for Celadon Partners Private Equity Group, where a commercial team was established. Additional experience includes founding Chief Commercial Officer positions at both Andelyn Biosciences and Argonaut Manufacturing Services, significantly increasing revenue and profitability during tenure. Eric's career also includes leadership roles at Metabolon, Inc., and Thermo Fisher Scientific, complemented by a strong educational background comprising a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Spanish from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA in Marketing from Regis University.
