Minzhe Zhang is a Staff Data Scientist and Computational Biologist at PromptBio since December 2020, with extensive experience in machine learning and deep learning models applied to biomedical research. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas from August 2015 to May 2021, focusing on predicting anti-cancer drug sensitivity and drug interactions. Internships at Uber and Microsoft involved developing models for organizational lifetime value forecasting and extracting entity relations using convolutional neural networks, respectively.
