Nick Wang

Nick W. currently serves as the Head of Talent & Operations for International Markets at Fapon, where responsibilities include hiring founders and CEOs, as well as building teams from the ground up for startup projects. Notably, Nick received the Strategic Incubation Project Award in 2024 and multiple accolades including the FAPON STAR and Spark Award in 2023. Additionally, Nick is a Founding Member and Advisor at a Stealth Startup, focusing on empowering marginalized communities through career guidance and recruitment services, and operates a SaaS agency to support small businesses. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Boston Scientific and Abbott, directing talent acquisition strategies and mentoring teams, along with early career positions at Hallmark Cards and Adecco Group. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and is pursuing certification as a Life & Success Coach at Jay Shetty Certification School.
