Alicia Padilla

Alicia Padilla has over two decades of experience in operations and management roles, primarily at Genentech since May 2002, where Alicia has held various positions including Senior Manager of Learning Center Operations and Operations & Services, as well as Operations Manager in Training & Development. Prior to Genentech, Alicia worked as an Assistant Office Manager at Buzzsaw.com and as an Accounts Receivable Associate/Office Manager at Novogradac & Company LLP. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, completed between 1994 and 1997.
