Baley Phelps

Baley Phelps is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in leading communication strategies within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Communication for Global Product Development at Genentech and Roche Pharmaceuticals, Baley manages a global team responsible for internal and external communication, employee engagement, and thought leadership for an organization of over 8,000 employees. Previous roles at Genentech include Director of Executive and Corporate Internal Communication and Senior Manager for Executive and Corporate Communication, where Baley collaborated closely with C-suite executives to enhance organizational messaging.
