Connor Thompson

Connor Thompson is a Principal Engineer in Purification Development at Genentech, where they apply their expertise in biologics purification and in silico modeling to enhance process development. They have previously held roles at State Farm and various engineering internships, including positions at PSC Biotech and Azzur Group, where they focused on validation engineering. Connor participated in a two-year rotational program at Genentech, progressively advancing from an Associate Engineer to Senior Engineer, where they developed mechanistic chromatography modeling capabilities and managed technical development teams. They earned a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating in 2015.
