Emmanuelle Bays is currently a US Value Stream Strategy Partner at Genentech, where they maximize value for patients and customers through innovative supply chain strategies. With over 15 years of experience in supply chain, strategy, quality, and operations, Emmanuelle has previously held key roles at Roche, Novartis, and as a research student at the University of Tokyo and the National University of Ireland, Galway. They earned a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biotechnology from EPFL and UCLA, as well as an MBA from the University of St.Gallen. Emmanuelle has a proven track record in leading significant initiatives and optimizing business performance across various organizations.
