Helen Nguyen

Helen Nguyen is an experienced clinical operations professional with a robust background in managing clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, and musculoskeletal diseases. Currently serving as a Global Studies Manager and Clinical Operations Lead at Genentech since August 2022, Helen previously held the role of Clinical Trial Manager at Denali Therapeutics and advanced through various positions at Acerta Pharma, contributing to the successful management of Phase II to IV studies. Notable achievements include leading operational teams for multiple high-profile global neuroscience studies, activating over 100 sites for simultaneous Phase III trials within six months, and overseeing a global Phase II trial from initiation to database lock within 16 months. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology Physiology & Behavior from the University of California, Davis, and has further professional development through Barnett International.
