Lisa Carman

Lisa Carman is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, currently serving as the Medical Affairs Executive Director at Genentech since October 2022. Previously, Lisa held multiple leadership roles at Optum Life Sciences, where responsibilities included leading Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Value-Based Contracting teams from March 2018 to October 2022. Prior to that, Lisa worked at Genentech in various capacities, including Vice President of Value-Based Contracting and Managed Care Liaison, providing clinical support for United Healthcare. Lisa's early career includes positions as a Pharmacy Director at Regence BlueShield and as a Pharmacy Administration Resident at Group Health. Lisa earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Washington State University.
