Mustafa Karim is an accomplished project and program manager with extensive experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. They held several key positions at Genentech from 2010 to 2016, including Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Program Manager for DEI, where they led complex programs and partnerships to foster inclusion and engagement. Prior to Genentech, Mustafa worked as a Program Manager at Target and a Project Manager at Diamond Limousines. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at California State University - East Bay.
