RICHA SESHADRI LAKSHMI has worked in various roles since 2009. RICHA started their career as a Marketing & Sales Officer at PS Group Realty Limited in 2009. In 2016, they moved to Baashyaam Constructions as a Senior Sales Executive. From 2017 to 2019, they held the roles of Manager-BD & CS and Senior Executive BD & CS at Adgear Media Private Limited. In 2019, they joined Goldmine Advertising as a Manager - BD & CS. Currently, they are a Business Development and Key Account Manager at Stockal since 2020.

RICHA SESHADRI LAKSHMI has completed a Diploma in Real Estate Management from ILEAD INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT 289 in 2012. RICHA also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from International School of Business, Kolkata which they completed in 2010. In 2007, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance from BHAWANIPORE EDUCATION SOCIETY COLLEGE. Additionally, they have also completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from International School of Business, Kolkata and a Commerce degree from St Johns Diocesan Girls Higher Secondry School and st johns diocesan girls higher secondary school.
