Nancy DiLella

Nancy DiLella is Vice President, Corporate Law with Genentech, a role she has held since 2017. Previously she served as Senior Associate General Counsel, Healthcare Law Group with Genentech. Prior to joining Genentech, Nancy was a managing attorney with Roche Pharmaceuticals, where she had leadership responsibility for healthcare law, litigation and compliance matters. She is a recipient of YWCA's Tribute to Women in Industry Award and numerous organizational awards. Nancy has extensive leadership experience in developing and implementing organizational and people-focused strategies, and combining legal expertise with business knowledge to identify and solve complex legal issues and to advance corporate objectives.

Nancy, a former New Jersey native and oncology nurse, is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and Fairfield University. She currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
