Richard Hachoose is a retired Head of Projects and Engineering with extensive global experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and engineering across the UK, Ireland, USA, Asia, and Australia. Having held leadership roles such as Director of Process Engineering at Wood, and Head of Engineering at Genentech, Richard demonstrated a strong commitment to developing team capabilities and enhancing performance through effective communication and relationship-building. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester. Currently, Richard serves as the Head of Frontline Engineering at Genentech and resides in Napa, California.
