Sam Hull

Sam Hull is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across multiple companies in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Sr People & Culture Business Partner at Genentech since October 2018, Sam collaborates with leadership teams to drive strategic transformation and enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Roche, where work focused on the Sequencing Solutions business, and a Sr. Human Resources Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC, leading HR efforts for a large unionized manufacturing facility. Earlier roles include positions at W.L. Gore & Associates and SCA Americas, where Sam developed employee management processes and supported site acquisitions. Sam holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
