Scott Kohler

Scott Kohler serves as the Senior Director, Corporate Groups & Employee Relations at Genentech. He joined Genentech in 2005; previous roles have included HR Director, Product Development; Associate HR Director, Process Research and Development; and Senior HR, Manager. Prior to joining Genentech, Scott was an HR Manager with Medtronic. He holds a BA, Organizational Communication and English from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and an MA, Human Resources Development from the University of St. Thomas.
