Simran H.

Simran H. is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in infrastructure and platform engineering. Currently serving as a Platform Engineering Manager at Genentech since June 2024, Simran has previously held positions including Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Sana Biotechnology, Inc., and Sr Staff HPC DevOps Engineer at Rivian. Additional experience includes roles at Genentech as Principal DevOps Platform Engineer and Solutions Architect, as well as positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Sanrise Inc. Simran began a career in technology as a Unix Systems Administrator at Space4Rent - Dorado Networks. Simran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University between 1996 and 2001.
