Susan O'Malley

Susan O'Malley has over 20 years of experience in strategy within complex systems, currently serving as the Head of PHC Strategy and Vice President at Genentech, where they lead global strategies for personalized medicine. They have held key roles in prominent organizations such as Google, where they managed strategic operations and internal consulting projects, and IDEO, where they contributed to organizational design and talent strategies. Additionally, Susan is a Board Member of the Stanford GSB Alumni Association, guiding efforts to support a large alumni community.
