Zareena Shefa

Zareena Shefa is a proficient Data Analyst at Genentech's Chief Diversity Office since June 2022, utilizing HRIS data to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives. Concurrently, Zareena serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at San Diego State University, collaborating on research to enhance employee safety in children's hospitals. With a background in coaching, Zareena has facilitated leadership development at the University of California, San Diego, and provided analytical support as an Associate Consultant for Berkeley Research Group and LPI Consulting. Previous experience includes a role as a Talent Assessment Specialist and training baristas at Starbucks. Zareena holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from San Diego State University.
