Zhilan Hu

Zhilan Hu is a Principal Scientist in the T Cell Therapy Group at Genentech, where they lead analytical development for private Neo T programs and assay transfers to new manufacturing facilities. With 5 years in T Cell Therapy and 12 years in Cell Line Development, Zhilan previously held roles at Genentech, including Principal Research Associate, where they designed and executed quality-based analytic assays. Zhilan completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at UCSF, where they identified mutations linked to Hailey-Hailey disease, resulting in a publication in "Nature Genetics." Currently, Zhilan is continuing their education at Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University.
