Tanya Dishner

Tanya Dishner has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Tanya is currently working as a Project Manager at Genera Inc. since July 2022. Prior to that, Tanya had worked at Yates Construction, where they held multiple roles. Tanya was a Construction Manager from June 2021 to July 2022, a Project Engineer from October 2018 to June 2021, a Site QA/QC Manager from July 2017 to October 2018, a Quality Assurance Lead from August 2014 to July 2017, and a Site QA/QC Manager from November 2011 to August 2014.

Before joining Yates Construction, Tanya worked at The Shaw Group as a Quality Control Inspector 3 and Welding Instructor from March 2009 to November 2011. Tanya also gained experience at Fluor, where they held various positions such as Welding Supervisor, Welding Instructor, Tube Welder, Pipe Welder, Boiler, and Ironworker Welder, from June 2002 to March 2009. Additionally, Tanya worked at PMSIinc as a Tube Welder/QC from March 2008 to August 2008 and at Irwin Industries as a Tube Welder from April 2007 to June 2007.

Tanya Dishner attended Greenville Technical College from 2001 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Welding. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2001, they attended IBEW as an Electrician Apprentice. In addition, Tanya Dishner obtained a certification from the American Welding Society as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). No specific start or end years were provided for this certification.
