Andy Bass

Andy Bass has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in supply chain and distribution. Andy is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Distribution, Transportation & Trade Compliance at Generac Power Systems, where they oversee a global team responsible for distribution operations, warehouse sourcing, transportation, and trade compliance. Prior to their current role, Andy worked as the Director of Distribution at Trane Technologies, where they managed regional distribution centers and field warehouses across the United States and Canada. Andy has also served on the Board of Directors as a Director At Large at the Warehousing Education and Research Council. Andy has held executive positions at companies like The McPherson Companies, Ingersoll Rand, Pactiv Corporation, International Paper/xpedx, and Action Performance Companies. Andy started their career at Ace Hardware Regional Distribution Center as a Warehouse Supervisor, Safety/Loss Prevention Specialist, and Material Handler. Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and trade compliance.

Andy Bass has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Gardner-Webb University, which was obtained from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations from Gardner-Webb University, completed from 2011 to 2012.
