Emily Wild is an accomplished corporate recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Corporate Recruiter II at Generac Power Systems since July 2022, Emily previously held positions including Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Medical College of Wisconsin and various roles at Generac Power Systems, such as Human Resources Recruiting Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator. Emily began the career in recruiting as an Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek and developed foundational skills as a Student Ambassador at Carthage College. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and Business Administration from Carthage College, along with a strong commitment to community service and relationship building within the industry.
